Guidance and help to overstand needed

Hello, i need some help understanding what is wrong with my Ps5. It shuts off at random times. Never in the middle of a game, only from the home screen. It has made a loud high pitch noise a few times when it turns off.

Do you know what Coil Whine sounds like. Does it sound something like this

or this
(this video the Coil Whine is high pitched and the sound in the video is quiet. )
