Game patches issues

The newest patch is available for PS4, but won't show up on PS5.
I'm referring to Path of Exile 1.
It's not a one time issue. Had it happen on Diablo 4 a couple of seasons back as well.

I can only think the PS5 version doesn’t require the patch.
