PS4 Game crashed sun and moon (Pokemon)?

I am experiencing an issues and other problems while playing Sun and moon on your PlayStation 4, anyone can help me? When I start my game its crashed after 5 minutes. Is it problem with game or playstation? please help me. I love this game but from 3 days I cant play due to this error.
