Fraud and Account Suspension

My account was hacked and due to the fraudulent activity, it was also suspended. I am unable to contact support due to the fact that I cannot login to my account and I cannot call customer support due to the fact that they are experiencing a heavy volume of calls. What should I do? The purchases made were with an expired debit card that was linked to the account but it still removed the money from my bank account. The purchase was made about 9 hours and it is still processing so should I still worry that the purchase will go through or will it bounce?
