PS4 First Gen PS4 Artifacting?

I just bought a used first gen PS4. Advertised as good working condition. Everything was going smooth until I launched TLOS. It started being a jet engine so I opened it, it was insanely dusty and i also replaced the thermal paste. I start it, very quiet, launch TLOS and there’s green and red artifacting with some gray. In BO3 there’s white beams on the screen and they keep moving around. Still artifacting but different. Rocket league plays just fine and I was able to get into a match no problem with no artifacting. The XMB shows no artifacting either. I changed the hard drive and still the same issue. Changed HDMI cables as well. Could I have screwed on the APU bracket too tight causing it to artifact? Is the RAM overheating? Someone please help
