Feel Ripped OFF

So Long Story Short.
I own a PS Portal, Saw the new update for the 5th at 6pm pst, Bought Minecraft ps5 that night to use on my portal (I own a physical copy, Dont like to leave system in stand by mode). I played it that night, went to play it on saturday for it to be removed due to sony accidently allowing it to stream, I requested a refund to get told due to me streaming it i dont get a refund and then got hanged up on.

How is the legal????

Sony’s refund rules are very strict, If a player has downloaded the game then no refund. It would be better if it was similar to Steam - refund within 30 days (if not played the game) or if within 2 hour playtime.

Yes i know, What i am upset about is Sony made the mistake and should own up to it

If in the US then you can complain to the BBB I believe.
