FC26 game unable to play?

Hi, when I tried opening FC26, it said “can’t start the game or app”, the game is up to date on updates.

I restarted the console and rebuilt the database from the safe mode. This is only happening to FC26…

How do I fix this?

Did you purchase it digital or on disc? If disc is this in the PS?
Ensure you’re connected to the internet & that if the gameis part of PS+ that the subscription is current.
