PS5 Family account capabilities

So I currently have an issue, as I have been joint using a relatives account for a few years now and have a lot of games and saves on it of my own, but I have been told recently that i am no longer able to joint use the account, and was curious if I were to set up a family account system would I be able to use all my saves and games from said relatives account, whilst not using their account directly and using my account just as normal or is it going to be a case of I have to suffer with all my save data loss and game loss and start anew and buy all the games again.
