Hi everybody, so I have a DualSense Edge controller it was less than 11 months old when it first started developing the problem of the rubber grips bubbling from underneath I knew little about the problem back then, around January the rubber started peeling away from the controller. I contacted PlayStation customer service who told me the controller was out of warranty and would do nothing to fix the problem which is clearly a manufacturer fault as I have read of a number of people having the same issue with the controller.
PlayStation told me that I can’t even send it in to them and pay to have it repaired which I think is ridiculous especially as the controller cost me €240 and hasn’t even lasted a year I have €60 PS5 controllers for 4 years that are still as good as the day I bought them. I have €1000s of euro invested in PlayStation tech and they won’t even repair one grip.
