Hello, I recently found out that you can change disc speed and texture mapping on the ps2. But the problem is it isn’t saving it. Is safes other configs like the time. I’m guessing it probably wouldn’t save the diagnostic setting as well. Does anybody know how to make it save?

Ah, that's right. Disc speed and texture mapping settings on PS2 will reset to defaults after rebooting the console, so saving won't do anything. Also, these settings only apply to PS1 games (you probably already knew that).
