PS4 Deactivate primary PS4 for Gameshare (error NP-34958-9)

I have 2 PS4 consoles and these have been gamesharing for a while. Today I couldn´t play any games on my primary PS4 as they were locked even though I had an internet connection. I then tried to deactivate the primary PS4 but all I got was the error message (NP-34958-9). Any help on this issue is appreciated.

Have you tried deactivating your primary PS4 from a web browser on your PC or phone?

Yea, it didn´t work either but I found a solution. You had to mess with the DNS settings which fixed it but thank you.
