PS5 Data transfer taking really, REALLY long?

I recently got a PS5, and during the initial startup process, I decided to transfer my PS4's data to it.

Only, it's taken an eternity.

Using an Ethernet cable, Google Fiber, and starting at 8:30PM (it is 620AM as of writing this) it's only gone through 15%, and I have no idea why. Does anyone know what's going on or how I can fix this without breaking anything?

Yeah mine froze at like 5% when I tried to do it. I put the ps5 into safe mode as well as my ps4 and just installed all games from scratch on the ps5 after setting it up, didn´t want to take the risk. Think they patched it since.
