PS4 Cyberpunk refund. Sony has robbed me.

I have submitted my request 8 times. Everytime i go to the page, it asks me to click the button like it has never been pressed. I get no email saying it's been received. No acknowledgement. There is no way to call anyone in Canada. I go to the chatbot they suggest and it takes me to the same page.

I am furious.

Ive been a loyal customer for over a decade and they've stolen from me without giving me any recourse. I dont understand how no one else is having problems with this. What am i missing? There is no one to call, no one to email. I'm going to be going through the better business bureau because they have publicly stated they will offer these refunds but have left me in the wind.

I am done with Sony and playstation.
