I attempted to use your customer support on PSN, which is supposed to be available 24/7 to request a refund, as I am requesting a refund of a pre-order, as I would prefer the more expensive version and was told that they were not available until 0800-1900 UTC. it is currently 0922EST where I am, which means that it is within the timeframe that the customer support should be available. please explain why i am not able to reach your customer support to request a refund on a preorder I placed?
