Change the family management info on someone else's account

I am trying to change the family management info on my account but I think it is still under someone elses account. Unfortunately I don't have their login and we do not speak anymore. Is there anyway to change this? When I set up the playstation I create an account for myself and one for each of my kids but I can't change anything because it's still under their info.
