After endless attempts of trying to contact PS4 support I am trying this forum. I tried to purchase a monthly subscription to Just Dance 2019 through our PS$ game console. There were some problems with payment. Ultimately, I think I was charged twice for the same thing. Still, while I can see the subscription when I enter my account on my computer I cannot see it when I go into "manage subscriptions" on the console. The game does not appear anywhere and it doesn;t even show in the purchase history. Like a Bermuda triangle. All I want is to get a refund but it's literally impossible to get through to anyone at PS. If there's a fix I'll settle for that but right now I paid money, can't see it anywhere on the console and can't get a refund. Thanks.
