ALT account gift card credit usable on main account?

I recently got a PSN card , but the thing is that the region of the PSN card and the region of my main account is different , so I will making a alt account on my ps4 which is the region of the PSN card and redeem on that account . The question is that can I use credit I redeemed on the alt account be usable for the main account
