All Add-Ons page is blank for all games.

Hi, the All Add-Ons page is blank on my Playstation 4 Pro. It's blank for all games that need it. Other things like the information below the game is running as usual. I tried phoning Playstation support and they couldn't help me. The game I was asking them about wasn't even registered on my account (It was a physical copy)

Have you tried turning off the PS4, unplugging it then leaving it a few minutes then connecting everything again?
Also try restarting the router/modem in case it’s a network issue.
