I need some help and maybe I can get some answers here. I was automatically rebilled on PlayStation subscription even though I have always unchecked the feature and take screen shots of it so if there’s an issue I have proof. Come to find out that Because of an ungraded I did it automatically checks the rebille feature. So I got Sony to issue a refund but my bank also did a chargeback. Erik once I saw the refund I informed my bank and they did the reversal. I got email from Sony saying I’m good to go, that was a week ago and I still can’t sign in to my account’n
