I need some help and maybe I can get some answers here. I was automatically rebilled on PlayStation subscription even though I have always unchecked the feature and take screen shots of it so if there’s an issue I have proof. Come to find out that Because of an ungrade I did it automatically checks the rebille feature. So I got Sony to issue a refund but my bank also did a chargeback. once I saw the refund I informed my bank and they did the reversal. I got email from Sony saying I’m good to go, that was a week ago and I still can’t sign in to my account. I have contacted them but they keep telling me it’s because of the chargeback the bank did but acknowledge that they did reverse it!! Yet my account still suspended even though they say it will be un suspended once there system clears it c which they said it did!! lol lol yeah is that Confusing!!! Any thoughts of what I can do
