Hallo. I'm trying to create a Children account. I start with creation and everything goes fine BUT, when I sign in for the very first time it appears an error message: the account is banned for violations under terms and conditions. But how is it possible???' I've never signed in before!!!
And I didn't receive any mail about ban. No info about reason. Nothing.
Could anyone help me?
