I recently signed out from my PS4 account, and when tried to sing-in it asks for a code sent to an authenticator app
I'm very sure I didn't activated before
I know that I have to contact the customer support, but this is actually my problem
I live in Jordan and my account is linked to UAE as Jordan is not listed in the supported countries
I contacted the US customer support, they told me that I have to contact the support in my region
I tried to contact UAE support, but the only way is to call them by a toll free number which I can't call from my country
I have access to my email and I still can change my password, my phone number is linked to my account and I know all the details of the account
but how can I talk to any one from customer support?? email, chat, phone, whatever
