2fa added to my account

I got an email saying that 2fa was added to my account and im pretty sure I got hacked but the weird thing is that both the password and email weren't changed so I'm wondering how do I get PSN support to remove the 2fa

It may be difficult to prove you didn’t log in & add 2fa but I’m sure they’d require proof like details including order numbers of any purchases on the account, details of the card added to the account.
