My son has a PS4 & the 2 step verification code thing send a text to his OLD mobile number not his NEW number & he has no way of checking it. He has got the PS4 App on his new mobile, but as soon as he logs in with the email address/password on the App or his PS4, it goes straight to the "what is the verification code" screen and he can't get to the Settings > A/C Management etc. etc.
How can he change the mobile number on his account if he can't get into the PS4 A/c settings?
Please help - he is getting really upset now!
