Upload Speed

what in the hell is going on with my upload speed on PS5? I get 2 gigs up and down. But when I run a speed test, I only get 20mbs up if that. I notice when it is that low, nhl25 online plays like shit. My controller inputs feel super delayed.

Anyone else experiencing this?
