Quick question for the group. Just got my son a Thrustmaster T128 steering wheel for his PS5. Went through all setup directions but the “mode” button is not working so it isn’t controlling the PS5. Tried everything I know and searched the web but no luck. Has anyone experienced this issue and how did you correct it?? Thank you for your time on this Christmas afternoon.

Have you connected the device via cable or Bluetooth?
Check here: My T128 (PS4/PS5/PC) is not recognized by my console or some console games do not support it – Thrustmaster If the led is green then it’s in XBox mode, light needs to be blue.
If the Mode button isn’t working at all even after following the above then was the wheel purchased new or pre-owned?
