I have a PS4 Pro but am getting a PS5 for Christmas. I currently have the PS4 disc version of Gran Turismo 7 but plan on buying the digital version for the PS5, will I be able to pick up the game on teh PS5 version where I left off on the PS4 please, I'm getting conflicting information. It looks as though if you use the same disc, i.e. play the PS4 version on both the game data is interchangeable but I can't find a definitive answer on whether this is the same between both a PS4 version of the game and PS5 version of the game.
