PSN price question

Hi,
A few days ago new DLC for the game Car Mechanic Simulator 21 called "Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 - BMW DLC" was released, and the price for this DLC is enormous as you can see from the pictures bellow.
First picture is from console store and second from web store.

All other systems sell this DLC for about 6~7 €, so can someone explain it to me this price? At first i thought it's bundled with some other DLC's for CMS 21 but no, info on this DLC says BMW cars only. I even contacted Red Dot Games about this and they replied to me and after that, nothing...

Something is wrong - we will check it ASAP
My PSN store region is EUROPE/CROATIA, btw... If that helps...

It’s either a mistake or a guess would be that the devs are having to pay BMW more for use on the PS.
