PSN friends list and matchmaking

I am unable to see my friends list or even play online games with people on my friends list. Aldo can't create voice chats like I normally could. Just found another issue and that playing Avengers it is saying no internet connection, when in fact I have internet connected.

Same here. Immediately after downloading the system update today. I've done the whole shutdown and unplug, waited 30 minutes.. reset my modem and wifi tower too. Still no friends list. Although I have PSmsg on my phone and my list is there. Just not on PS4.

It finally showed up, but it still buggy. As is the voice chat
