I cannot say how long this has been going on, but I keep having a server timeout error. This has prevented me from doing things like check the network status page in the Network section (I get error WV-109144-9), there's a whole bunch of broken images everywhere, I cannot view uploaded images to the group chats (even ones I upload), and I cannot even access anything under the Users & Accounts section on the console. Sometimes if I reboot, it'll be fine, but everything will break again after a minute or two. I test the connection, and it connects to everything just fine (PSN, Internet, etc...), I can download games, etc... I have checked my modem settings, and that's all fine, too. All streaming apps except Crave and Twitch work fine (I get the same WV-109144-9 error with those two apps). It's only my PS5 Pro that is having any problems, whether I set it to Automatic, 6GHz Only or 5GHz Only (on Automatic, it will often set itself to 2.4Ghz).

Any ideas?

Unfortunately the pictures are blocked in the UK so I can’t see them.
Is it possible those apps are blocked in your Country? Can you access the apps via another device?
Are they apps downloaded via the PS store or via the browser?

Unfortunately, this forum doesn't seem to allow attaching photos direct from files, so I used imgur to attach the images. They're photos showing a whole bunch of broken images in the PS5's UI from the Store, Game Library, and Discover page under the Media tab. There are also a two images that show an error saying it can't show my account details in the User & Accounts section, and one that shows the CE-113524-6 server timeout error.

I did manage to figure out the issue, though. I discovered that the same thing would happen even with a wired connection, and I also noticed that every time that particular problem would happen, the Default gateway (IPv6) value in Settings > Network > View Connection Status would show up as a dash. When it worked -- and it did sometimes, but would break again shortly thereafter if I tested the connection speed or turned the PS5 Pro on from rest mode -- there was an actual value listed there, so I looked at my modem settings (it's an Xfinity Gateway XB8).

In the modem settings under Connection > Local IP Network, I changed the LAN IPv6 Address Assignment from Stateful (use DHCP Server) to Stateless (Auto-Config). That fixed it immediately. I don't know why since I don't use a LAN connection(?), but it did. It has even resolved the issue of the PS5 Pro setting itself to 2.4Ghz if I set the Wi-Fi Frequency Bandwidth to Automatic (so far). If I see if drop to a different frequency bandwidth, then I'll set the PS5 Pro to 6GHz Only, which should resolve that issue (my modem supports the 6GHz bandwidth frequency).

It was very strange because it would connect to the internet just fine (testing the connection, everything came up as successful), and download speeds were all good, it was just giving me these server errors. I also saw in the modem's Firewall logs that it kept blocking something related to IPv6, which is probably what was causing the server errors.

I have to check it all again when I get home from work today, but I did a lot of mucking around to try to break it again before going to bed, and it all worked flawlessly. I would consider this issue resolved for now, unless something changes in the next 8 hours.
