Pre order issue with Anno, PSN rude and not helpful

Hi everyone, im looking for some help/advise regarding the preorder of Anno pax romana. I preordered the game the day it came to PS store (UK), 8th june. On this day on the list of content included the standard version (49.99ish) of game would come with the game, the 3 dlc, the year 1 pass and the builder pack and that the gold edition would only come with the game and the builder pack. I took this opportunity to preorder the game. A few days later I noticed that the description of contents had switched and the gold edition included the dlc and the standard version doesn't. The day I purchased the preorder I took a screen shot just for proof but psn are being really horrible. 1st the said go to Ubisoft who said go back to psn cause I bought off the store. PSN have since said the following over multiple phone conversations/emails There's nothing they are willing to do, they hung up on me, they told me that the image for proof could have been edited (calling me a liar) they asked for proof of what ubisoft said as they said they had been made aware, asked for a case number then then ended thw live chat instantly after saying nothing we can do, convo ended. I feel like they are being very rude and evasive and I'm really not sure what to do. Both via call and live chat they have hung up on me or left the live chat. I don't want a refund, I want what was stated at time of purchase! Any ideas if where to take it next.

I doubt they’ll accept responsibility & give you the gold edition for the same cost as standard even with proof they can easily say it was a mistake.
I’d cancel the pre-order & purchase the Gold edition on disc elsewhere. If you only have the digital PS5 then you can either stay with the standard edition & pay to upgrade (if offered) or cancel the order & purchase the gold edition.
