So before I upgraded from PS4 to PS5 I decided to get PS+. Then I transferred my saved info to my cloud. Sold my PS4 (yes, I got all my info off of there, all that).
And... let me back up. I have a main profile (mc39785) that I use to play all the games. My wife also has a profile (GamersWife) for when we play splitscreen games like Borderlands or Lego games. I also have a third profile (mula gula) that I threw on there just in case I wanted to replay some games from scratch but didn't want to get rid of my main profile saved info. I don't really do anything with it. I also have an extended hard drive that I have all my PS4 games on.
When I got my PS5 and tried to log in to the network, the only profile that came up was "mula gula". And all my games that I moved over to my extended hard drive are locked. And when I try to access my PS+ profile it's asking me to start up a new account. But I already have an account. I know because the first charge just came out of my bank account. What in the thor's hammer is going on?
