Hi, we thought after doing some emresearch, the Odyssey G5 34 inch, was compatible with the PS5 in that we could play games at 120hz.
This hasn't been the case sadly. When we connect it via HDMI 2.1 the options on the monitor are either, 60 or 100hz The PS5 is set for 120m automatically. We've tried a game, Fortnite and the only option is 60hz.
We've looked at YouTube videos and seen a one with the same setup as ours and the monitor shows 120hz on that even though the settings on the monitor are the same!
Totally frazzled now, so would appreciate any help or advice.
