No Power to Controllers

PS 3 is Not providing power to two good controllers, i have green light on console and Icons/ & Menu to TV. Is there a fuse inside and how do you remove the cover

Have you tried resetting the controllers via the hole on the back then reconnecting via Bluetooth or wired? No fuse.
