So my PS5 broke today will not turn on blue light comes on for a second but then goes off and nothing if I get a new console how easy is it to re-download my games on it and add my externall drive of games
 
First try unplugging everything & long pressing the on/off button, leave it for a few minutes then connect everything again.
If the problem remains then once you buy a new PS5 just redownload your games & connect the external HDD.
It should be easy, if not then please post back.
 
Hi Thanks done all that even moved it to a new place in the house then left a few hours still nothing it’s funny if I press power I get the blue light than it goes and does not boot if I press the button again a get nothing then on a 3rd time I get the light again and so on

It’s funny I got it day one never had an issue then today it just shut off and has been like this ever since

My main worry on games is liecenes as I cannot get into my old PS5 will I have issues re-download my games to a new one
