So I maxed out a 2tb hard drive with my PS4 so decided to upgrade to a 4tb. I first attempted to connect them both to my computer and just drag the files to the other hard drive. That doesn’t work since the hard drive I’ve been using with my PS4 has a unique formatting that pc can’t read.
So next step was to move everything from the external hard drive to the internal ps4 hard drive, then onto the new hard drive.
The issue is now when I plug in the first hard drive into the the PS4, it says it’s not the proper format. It wants me to reformat it again which will delete ALL my games.
So how can I fix this? Or am I completely screwed?
