Need help reporting alternate account's main account for hate speech

I got into a fight with an ex-friend and blocked him, and he used his alternate account I friended a while ago to send extremely transphobic and hateful comments so that if I report this account, his main account wouldn't get in trouble. How do I make sure both his alternate and main account get in trouble?
