need help please!!

hey guys, so i recently had charges on my bank account from playstation that i didn’t authorize it was over $100 and i don’t even have a playstation. i contacted my bank and they won’t refund my money because i have purchased games before when i did have one and that apparently makes the charges “authorized”. i’ve been on the websites support center and tried to use the refund bot but it asks for an id which i don’t have. is there any way to contact playstation and get this resolved??
