Got a PS5 for Xmas…created a new PlayStation account and a new EA account. When I attempt to link the EA account it tells me I can not link to my PlayStation account due to already being linked to a previous existing PlayStation account. How do I regain access to old account when I do not know what credentials I used to create the account and I’m unable to recover. Any help would be appreciated!
