I purchased the standard edition of Diablo 4 from the PS5 Store but returned it upon realizing it was on sale. I never downloaded btw. I then bought the Ultimate Edition and have been playing it for two weeks. Although I have been able to use the Wings of Creator emote, I have not been able to access the Accelerated Battlepass mentioned in the Ultimate edition. I have the Battlepass, but I can't use the 20-tier skips because it requires me to upgrade the Battlepass. I have been in contact with PlayStation Support and Blizzard Support for four days, but they have not provided a solution yet. The Diablo season will end in four days, and I am afraid I will not receive the awards. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
