My cousin and I are trying to send a "Close Friend Request" (where you see each other's real names, etc.)
When I send him him one it reads "Error! e-8222d402" and his PS4 doesn't have the option to send a Close Friend Request.
Both our privacy settings are set to receive friends from anyone.
What would cause this error and why would his PS4 be missing the option?
