When I try to ;link my ps2vr with my PC with the adapter and asus bluetooth 5 dongle, everything seems to work fine at first but when it gets to the point when it says to press the function button, nothing happens and it just gets stuck.
I have been reading info about this issue. One person suggested its because I dont have AVX2 instruction on my CPU. (its a fairly old i7)
Another said it was because my display port cable wasn't 1.4. which doesnt make much sense to me by who knows? I'm willing to try if this worked for anyone else!
Obviously getting a new cable would be heaps cheaper, but not if it turns out to be not the problem. Getting a new CPU would involve a new MB and RAM. alot of $$$ I'd rather not spend after just forking out nearly 1K on the PSVR2 headset. Tragic thing is I onlky went with it because I found it worked wit PC;s also, otherwise I would have just got a meta quest 3!
