Can't add funds to wallet

I've tried several payment methods. Deleted them all, added bank card, credit card, PayPal. Nothing. Can't add funds to the wallet (via browser).

Anyone else having this issue?

hell yeah, I have this issue and the system here sucks trying to fix it and Sony offers no help
