I have a problem and I would like to ask you to explain me what happend.
I have a PSN account I made a several years ago. The account was made in the Netherlands (I am Dutch myself) and used it to play it on my PS4. Through that account I made purchases like games, dlc's and playstation plus subscription with the Dutch payment system called IDEAL. Recently I lost access to my account, because my email connected to the psn is not available anymore (it got deleted by the provider). When I contacted the Dutch Playstation customer service, they told me that my account is connected to the USA region and that they can't do anything for me and that I should contact the USA Customer Service.
How is it possible that my account suddenly changed regions? I also checked the data I provided to PSN: As well as the Dutch, the British and the American customer service confirmed that the account is connected to the USA region with the combination of provided ID and email.
