My son received a message from someone he didn't know. He meant to ask: 'Who're you?', but forgot to add the apostrophe. The other person reported him and he was suspended for one month. As this was an honest mistake, is it possible to have the suspension lifted, please?

We’re not Sony so cannot lift the ban/suspension. As it’s only for a month I’d just wait it out.
